This proposal presents a comprehensive longitudinal curriculum blueprint for culinary medicine tailored to family medicine residents. Based on interviews with local stakeholders in public health and literature review, developed an informational brochure for high school athletes containing prevention and management strategies and resources for low back pain. The aim of this project is to help young athletes stay healthy and live well as they age by promoting spine health.
