The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of vitamin C containing sodium ascorbate prepared solution on dentin bond strength of resin composite to non-vital bleached tooth and on fracture resistance of restored non-vital bleached tooth. Sixty (30 pairs, left and right) extracted sound human maxillary premolar teeth were collected from 30 patients. All teeth were endodontically treated and each pair was randomized assigned into microtensile bond strength and fracture resistance tests. Background: Acemannan, a linear polysaccharide produced by Aloe vera has been shown to have important biological functions promoting wound healing and tissue regeneration. Objective: The aim of this randomized clinical trial was to investigate the impact of acemannan in guided bone regeneration (GBR) with simultaneous implant. Materials and methods: Twenty patients were randomly allocated to test- (Deproteinized bovine bone with Acemannan particulate with mean size of 32.45µm) and control groups (Deproteinized bovine bone only). The purpose of this study was to compare patient-reported outcome measures including post-operative pain, swelling, patient's expectation and satisfaction among 3 techniques of dental implant placement including a) conventional freehand, b) dynamic, and c) static Computer-Aided Implant Surgery. Ninety patients were randomly assigned to receive dental implant placement with one of the 3 protocols. Participants were asked to fill in a series of self-administered questionnaires assessing 1) pre-operative expectations, 2) post-operative healing events during the first week after surgery, and 3) overall satisfaction with the procedures at two weeks. Objectives: To determine the accuracy of dental implants placed using a dual scan CBCT protocol with a SLA 3D printed mucosa supported surgical guide using a flapless surgical approach with regard to sleeve position, type of implant, and regional location in the maxillary arch.

Methods: Nine patients received 4 dental implants utilizing a fully guided, flapless approach with a mucosa supported SLA surgical guide with 3 fixation pins.
