Aim This study evaluated the mechanical and optical properties of Zirconia-reinforced lithium disilicate (ZLS) and lithium disilicate (LS) glass ceramics after immersion in artificial saliva solutions with varying pH. Methods A total of 104 samples were fabricated from Vita Suprinity (ZLS) and IPS E.max CAD (LS). Samples were divided into test and control groups, with the test group further divided into neutral (7.2), acidic (5.8), and basic (8.3) pH subgroups. Materials and Methods:CBCT records of 108 patients were evaluated to detect the presence, location, size, and number of lingual foraminausing axial, and cross sectional images. Results: A total of 463 lingual foramina (representing 100% of all patients)were found. Objective: to develop eco-friendly nanoemulsions of Angelica shikokiana natural extract gel and evaluate its anti-inflammatory activity by assessing the reduction of the present oral mucositis induced by oral lichen planus (OLP). Materials and Methods: Thirty-four patients with OLP participated in this randomized controlled trial, classified into two main groups.
