Anti-cardiolipin (anti-CL) antibodies are autoantibodies which are directed against cell membrane phospholipids. A significant number of periodontitis patients showed positive for anti-CL antibody. Objective: This study aimed to determine the periodontal parameters and anti-CL antibodies levels before and after non-surgical periodontal therapy in chronic periodontitis. Methods: This cross-sectional study had been carried out at Periodontal Clinic, Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan, Malaysia. Immunosuppressive drugs play an important role in controlling organ transplant rejection and were widely used to treat different diseases. A patient with a seizure history possesses a challenge in their dental management. Ameloblastic fibrodentinoma (AFD) is a rare tumor with an incidence rate of less than 1%. When lesion with the histomorphology of ameloblastic fibroma(AF), which is true neoplasms, form dysplastic dentin, and had been referred to as AFD. It histologically consists of odontogenic ectomesenchyme resembling the dental papilla, epithelial strands, and nests resembling dental lamina and enamel organ with dentin formation. Objective: This study aimed to assess the effect of passive tobacco smoking (PTS) through the comparison of the periodontal status and the C-reactive protein (CRP) and cotinine levels in the biologic fluids in children who are exposed and unexposed to PTS. Objective: Stainless steel crowns (SSCs) are preformed metal crowns used to restore severely decayed primary teeth. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of pH changes and SSC margin trimming on nickel release in artificial saliva solution. Methods: A total of 90 SSCs were divided into three groups and placed in 35 ml of artificial saliva of pH 6.8, 5, and 3.5. Methods: This retrospective radiographic study was performed on 177 patients with 200 impacted maxillary canines and 12 mesiodentes. Objective: This study evaluated the effects of different antibiotic pastes used for regenerative endodontic procedures on dentin microhardness and the push-out bond strength of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) to root canal dentin. Objective: This study aimed to determine the clinical profile of the gingival lesions of oral lichen planus (OLP) in a group of Thai patients. Methods: The dental records of 67 patients were reviewed. Results: In this study, 51 (76.1%) women and 16 (23.9%) men with a female-to-male ratio of 3.2:1 were included. The average age of patients with OLP was 56.0 ± 12.5 years (ranged = 20–81 years). Furthermore, 52 (77.6%) patients had a history of systemic diseases, and hypertension was predominant.
