Treatment Of Eyelid Divided Nevus Using Shave And Graft: An Alternative Technique, Suppapong Tirakunwichcha

Divided nevus of the eyelid is an uncommon feature among congenital melanocytic nevi. To report the outcome after treatment of eyelid divided nevus using shave and graft technique. Two cases of small to moderate size divided nevus at the eyelids were demonstrated, one on medial part including upper and lower punctal area and the other on lateral part. Shave and graft were done to alleviate the nevus in one or two-staged of operation. Patients underwent the uneventful operation. Pathologic results found nevus, free surgical margin without malignant transformation. Cosmetic result was satisfactory. In patient with medial divided nevus, no epiphora …

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency of various supportive treatments on the restoration of anaemia in theileriosis. A total of 20 cattle infected with theileriosis received intramuscularly a single dose of buparvaquone (2.5 mg/kg-1 bw) and were divided into 4 equal groups according to the different therapy options: whereas no supportive treatment was applied in group 1, administrations of vitamin B complex, antioxidant vitamins (A, D, E and C), minerals and trace elements were performed in groups 2, 3 and 4, respectively. The clinical outcome of PCSO-524 application in the treatment of canine osteoarthritis and spinal disorderwas studied at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital, Chulalongkorn University. Eighty-four dogs were included inour study. Thirty-one dogs showed signs of osteoarthritis (OA) in both hip joints and shoulder joints; 33 dogs had OAin stifle joints from cranial cruciate ligament rupture; and 20 dogs had neurological signs of the cauda equinasyndrome. All affected dogs were treated by 50 mg/ 10 kg of PCSO-524, PO for twelve weeks. This study compared the efficacy of enrofloxacin, given immediately or 6 hrs after infection against Escherichia coli or Pasteurella multocida. In the first experiment, thirty, 12-week-old male layer chickens were divided into 3 groups of 10 each. Chickens in group 1, 2 and 3 were infected with E. coli serotype O78 by left thoracic air sac injection. Group 1 was given enrofloxacin (10 mg/kg), dissolved in drinking water immediately receiving E. coli. Group 2 was given enrofloxacin 6 hrs after receiving E. coli. ปัญหาผู้ติดสุรา เป็นปัญหาสุขภาพที่พบบ่อยในประเทศไทย ผู้ติดสุราอาจจะหยุดดื่มสุราด้วยสาเหตุหลาย ๆ อย่าง อาจจะตั้งใจหยุดเอง หรือเกิดจากความจำเป็น เนื่องจากเจ็บป่วยด้วยอุบัติเหตุหรือ โรคทางอายุรกรรม เฉียบพลัน ซึ่งผลการหยุดสุราทันทีหลังทีจากดื่มมาเป็นเวลานาน ก็จะเกิดกลุ่มอาการถอนสุราขึ้นกลุ่มอาการถอนสุรา แบ่งเป็นระดับความรุนแรง เป็นแบบไม่มีโรคแทรกซ้อน กับมีโรคแทรกซ้อนซึ่งระดับรุนแรงไม่มาก มักจะไม่มีอันตรายและหายได้เอง ส่วนระดับรุนแรงมาก มักจะประกอบด้วยกลุ่มอาการ 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ โรคลมชักเนื่องจากการถอนสุรา โรคจิตที่เกิดจากการใช้สุรา และโรค Deliriumที่เกิดจากการถอนสุราเนื่องจากผู้ดื่มสุราเป็นเวลานาน มักจะมีโรคประจำตัวทางอายุรกรรมอื่นร่วมด้วย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งโรคตับเรื้อรัง นอกจากนี้ผู้ป่วยอาจจะป่วยด้วยโรคทางอายุรกรรมขณะที่มีอาการถอนสุราดังนั้น การประเมินผู้ป่วย การวางแผนรักษา การเฝ้าระวังติดตามอาการอย่างใกล้ชิดจึงมีความสำคัญมากบทความนี้ได้ทบทวน สาเหตุของการเกิด Alchol tolerance และการถอนสุรา อธิบายการดำเนินโรคของกลุ่มอาการถอนสุรา การวินิจฉัยและการวินิจฉัยแยกโรค การตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการแนวทางในการรักษาผู้ป่วยถอนพิษสุรา ข้อบ่งชี้ในการรับรักษาในโรงพยาบาล วิธีประเมินความรุนแรงของภาวะถอนสุรา ขั้นตอนการให้ยารักษา และการเฝ้าระวังความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ.

Behçet's disease is a multisystemic inflammatory disease with histological evidence for vasculitis and characterized by mucocutaneous, ocular, articular, vascular, intestinal, pulmonary, renal and neurologic involvement. According to the diagnostic criteria formed by the International Study Group, recurrent oral ulceration is a prerequisite, with two more typical symptoms or signs. It is a disease of young adults with a more severe course in male subjects. Its prevalence is high in the Mediterranean basin, Turkey, Japan and those ethnic groups along the old Silk Route and has been known to be associated with HLA-B5 and HLA-B11. พลีโอมอร์ฟิก อะดีโนมาเป็นเนื้องอกแบบไม่ร้ายแรงของต่อมน้ำลายหลักและต่อมน้ำย่อยที่พบบ่อยมากที่สุด บทความปริทันต์นี้จะบรรยายถึงPleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign salivary gland neoplasm of both the major and minor salivary glands. This review article describes the clinical features, the histopathology, the immunohistochemical markers of both the epithelial and myoepithelial components, the differential diagnosis and the treatment. The histopathology of this tumor can display diverse morphological patterns, but it traditionally presents with ducts or tubules lined by inner ductal cells and outer myoepithelial cells arranged in a variety of matrix. In Dentistry, bonding between resin cement and metal alloy plays an important role in many clinical applications. From several studies, the failures at resin-metal interface are the most frequently reported. Numerous methods are available for bonding resin to alloy. The sillica coating methods have been developed to improve chemo - mechanical retention. Three different silica coating methods were described. The original Silicoater system is a pyrolytic deposition of an intermediate SiOx layer to the alloy surface.
