วัตถุประสงค์: ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง อายุ ชนิดการรักษา ความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับความตาย ความเชื่อทางศาสนาพุทธเกี่ยวกับความตาย ภาระที่ค้างคา และการรับรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองกับการยอมรับความตายของผู้ที่เป็นโรคไตระยะสุดท้าย

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายหาความสัมพันธ์

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่าป่วยเป็นโรคไตระยะสุดท้าย ที่เข้ามารับบริการ ณ ศูนย์โรคไตและหน่วยไตเทียมคณะแพทยศาสตร์วชิรพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช และหน่วยไตเทียม มูลนิธิโรคไตแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 125 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การยอมรับความตายวิถีพุทธ ความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับความตาย ความเชื่อทางศาสนาเกี่ยวกับความตาย ภาระที่ค้างคา และการรับรู้ในความสามารถของตนเอง มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .85, .87, .80, .73, และ .74 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงบรรยายและค่าสัมประสิทธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการศึกษา: ผู้ที่เป็นโรคไตระยะสุดท้ายมีการยอมรับความตายในระดับสูง (Mean = 39.20, SD = 5.16) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับการยอมรับความตายของผู้ที่โรคเป็นไตระยะสุดท้าย ได้แก่ อายุ ความเชื่อทางศาสนาพุทธเกี่ยวกับความตาย (r = .74 , r =.77, p<.05) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง (r =.65, p<.05) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับสูง ได้แก่ ความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับความตาย (r = -.78, p<.05) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ภาระที่ค้างคา (r = -.66, p<.05) และชนิดการรักษาไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการยอมรับความตาย

สรุป: การยอมรับความตายของผู้ที่เป็นโรคไตระยะสุดท้ายมีความสัมพันธ์กับหลายปัจจัย ดังนั้นควรนำปัจจัยดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งความเชื่อทางศาสนาพุทธเกี่ยวกับความตาย ไปใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลในการสร้างโปรแกรมการวางแผนการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมการตายดีในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ต่อไป

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพและประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2562) คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด CIPP Model ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ บริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบผสานวิธี

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย นิสิตพยาบาล อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรฯ ผู้บริหาร ศิษย์เก่า และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย: พบว่าคุณภาพของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับ “ดีมาก” ด้านบริบท ( = 4.46, SD =  .41) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ( = 4.35, SD =  .42) ด้านกระบวนการ ( = 4.63, SD =  .45) และ ด้านผลผลิต ( = 4.53, SD =  .39) ความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียระดับมาก ( = 4.13, SD =  .59) สะท้อนว่าหลักสูตรฯ มีความ
เหมาะสม มีประสิทธิผลสูง และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต

สรุป: หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตมีความพร้อมทั้งด้านบุคลากร กระบวนการเรียนรู้ และผลลัพธ์ทางวิชาชีพ ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายคือ การพัฒนาศักยภาพอาจารย์และนิสิตด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การสร้างความร่วมมือกับเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพ และการประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตรตามกรอบ CIPP อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาพยาบาลให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากลและรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบสุขภาพในอนาคต

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดสะโพก อายุ 30-84 ปี ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจาก
แพทย์ศัลยกรรมออร์โธปิดิกส์ว่า มีภาวะกระดูกสะโพกหัก ได้รับการผ่าตัดสะโพก และเข้าพักรักษาตัวใน
หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมออร์โธปิดิกส์ โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติ โดยการเลือก
กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จับคู่กลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตัวแปร อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และความปวด
แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มละ 22 คน กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ และ
กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำกิจกรรม ประเมินโดยใช้แบบบันทึกระยะทางที่ผู้ป่วยเดินได้บนพื้นราบภายในเวลา 6 นาที (Six-minute walk test) โปรแกรมส่งเสริม

ระยะก่อนจำหน่าย สัปดาห์ที่ 2 และสัปดาห์ที่ 6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสื่อสารในครอบครัวการเสพสารเสพติดของวัยรุ่นผู้เสพติดสารกลุ่มโอปิออยด์ด้วยวิธีฉีด

รูปแบบการวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ศึกษาสองกลุ่มแบบวัดซ้ำ

วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง วัยรุ่นชายเสพติดสารกลุ่มโอ ปิออยด์ด้วยวิธีฉีด อายุ 18-24 ปี และพ่อ/แม่ ที่เข้ารับการบำบัด สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีจำนวน 50 ครอบครัว กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมรวม 6 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยได้แก่ 1) โปรแกรมการสื่อสารในครอบครัว 2) แบบประเมินปริมาณการเสพสารกลุ่มโอปิออยด์ 3) แบบประเมินการสื่อสารในครอบครัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติ ได้แก่ Wilcoxon signed-rank test, และ Mann-Whitney U Test กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ผลการวิจัย: วัยรุ่นผู้เสพติดสารกลุ่มโอปิออยด์ด้วยวิธีฉีดที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการสื่อสารในครอบครัว มีการเสพสารกลุ่มโอปิออยด์ในระยะหลังการทดลองทันที และหลังการทดลอง 1 เดือน ลดลงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และ มีการเสพสารกลุ่มโอปิออยด์ลดลงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ ในระยะหลังการทดลองทันที และหลังการทดลอง 1 เดือนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

สรุป: โปรแกรมการสื่อสารในครอบครัวทำให้การเสพสารเสพติดมีความแตกต่างกันซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน

Background Seeds of the evening primrose plant (Oenothera biennis) are used to make evening primrose oil (EPO) capsules. EPO's omega-6 essential fatty acids are mostly responsible for their therapeutic advantages since they have an impact on prostaglandin and cytokine synthesis. Menopause is associated with several negative health concerns and common menopausal symptoms. Physical activity is essential to mitigate these negative effects, but menopausal symptoms may interfere with participation in physical activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency and the perceived negative effect of menopausal symptoms among female endurance athletes. Female runners, cyclists, swimmers, and triathletes 40–60 years of age were recruited (N = 187). Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that presents challenges not only for autistic individuals, but also for their families, healthcare providers and school professionals. A significant number of children with autism spend most of their school day in general education classrooms with teachers who may lack autism-specific training and are unfamiliar with evidence-based practices for supporting autistic students. Clinical anxiety is a common comorbidity in autistic people. Due to the prevalence of anxiety in the autism population and the adverse effects it causes, there is a critical need to develop effective interventions which address anxiety symptoms for autistic people. Cortisol is an important marker of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal function and follows robust circadian and diurnal rhythms. However, biomarker sampling protocols can be labor-intensive and cost-prohibitive. Objectives: Explore analytical approaches that can handle differing biological sampling frequencies to maximize these data in more detailed and time-dependent analyses. Methods: Healthy adult males [N = 8; 26.1 (±3.1) years; 176.4 (±8.6) cm; 73.1 (±12.0) kg)] completed two 24 h admissions: one at rest and one including a high-intensity exercise session on the cycle ergometer. Significant advancements in virtual reality (VR) technology have occurred in the past decade, allowing clinical researchers to take advantage of these reduced barriers to explore the use of VR in patient populations. This scoping review on VR interventions to improve mobility in adults and children focuses on the literature from 2010-2023. A total of 2736 articles were screened and 126 articles met the inclusion criteria. Most of the studies were conducted in inpatient clinical settings (n = 41) and investigated VR interventions to improve balance (n = 118). With the shift to a graduate-level professional degree in athletic training, it was hypothesized that immersive clinical experiences (ICEs) would be more effectively integrated into curricula than non-ICEs (N-ICEs) and better prepare students for practice.

Background: Clinical assessment of gait typically consists of patients walking a few trials at various speeds while the clinician assesses performance. Unfortunately, there is no clear guidance on how gait changes across trials, leaving clinicians uncertain about the optimal number of trials needed to observe consistent (non-variable) performance. Research findings must be representative by creating a sample of individuals, ensuring the results can be generalized and applicable to a larger population, which has historically been guided by a power analysis. The Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia (TSK-11) is used to identify injury-related fear (IR-Fear) in individuals with chronic ankle instability (CAI) and is a predictor of poor health outcomes. Limited knowledge beyond quantitative scores necessitates a deeper, qualitative understanding of IR-Fear to reduce the burden of fear within CAI patients.
