This study aims to compare continuous epidural fentanyl infusion with intrathecal bolus of bupivacaine-dexmedetomidine, which is a low-cost analgesic technique with efficient intraoperative hemodynamic stability, postoperative analgesia, and fewer opioid induced drawbacks in urinary bladder diversion surgery.

The purpose of this study was to examine the association between lifestyle factors and body weight in a nationally representative sample of US adults and to evaluate the association between a novel “Healthy Habits Composite Score (HHCS)” and risk of obesity.

This cross-sectional study included data from 4870 adults who participated in the 2017–2018 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). This study conducts a comparative analysis of three popular machine learning models—Linear Regression, Decision Trees, and Random Forests—for predicting healthcare-related traffic volumes. Utilizing a comprehensive dataset from a metropolitan interstate traffic system, the models were evaluated based on key performance metrics, including Mean Squared Error (MSE), R² Score, and execution time. The incidence of unilateral tubal twin pregnancy is 1/20,000–1/250,000 with about 100 reported cases. Four of the six cases that were medically managed were successful. A 24-year-old female presented to the emergency department (ED) with vaginal bleeding and abdominal cramping. She was hemodynamically stable without signs of an acute abdomen.
