Purpose: This study aimed to study the effect of carbimazole on parotid acini. Materials and Methods: 20 adult albino rats were selected and divided into two groups: control group (GI) consisted of 10 rats received distilled water by intra-gastric intubation for 6 weeks and carbimazole group (GII) in which 10 rats received carbimazole dissolved in distilled water with a dose (1.35mg/kg bodyweight/once/day) by intra-gastric intubation for 6 weeks. Purpose: The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of autogenous bone graft on the osseointegration of early loaded dental implant either alone or combined with Melatonin gel. Material and Methods: The study was including 10 patients with 20 numbers of sites and age range of 22-52 years. The study groups were designed in two groups, test group treated surgically with dental implant after application of autogenous bone graft mixed with (1.2mg) melatonin gel. Purpose: To comparatively evaluate the fracture resistance of re-attached tooth fragments stored in dry, saline, pasteurised bovine milk, egg white and coconut water for 24 hours. Material and Methods: 50 permanent maxillary central and lateral incisors were cut perpendicular to the long axis with a diamond disk. Immediately after fracturing, the fractured fragments were stored in appropriate storage medium for 24 hours and the remaining tooth structure along with blocks were stored again in distilled water until re-attachment.
