The focus of this study is the implementation of a Safe Patient Handling and Mobility (SPHM) program titled SPHM Olympics. The study reviews the necessary components and background necessary to implement the project as well as evaluation tools to monitor the impact of the program on the safety of culture at Houston Methodist West (HMW).
