A Field Evaluation Of Ivomec-F For The Treatment Of Naturally Acquired Fasciola Gigantica And Other Gastrointestinal Nematode Infections In Cattle And Buffaloes, Tasanee Chompoochan, Suwannee Nithiuthai, Piyanoot Prasittirat

The efficacy of Ivomec-F was evaluated in 60 cattle and 14 buffaloes that had a naturally acquired infection of Fasciola gigantica. Some animals were also concurrently infected with gastrointestinal nematodes. The animals were divided equally into treatment and control groups. Treatment group 1 which consisted of 30 cattle, were administered a single subcutaneous dose of Ivomec-F (1% ivermectin /10% clorsulon) 1 ml/ 50 kg body weight.
