AbstractMajor depression is a serious global health issue and one of the most common mental health problems women face in the United States. The problem in this DNP project, Education of Staff on Promoting Yoga Activities in Women with Depression, was the lack of staff knowledge in using yoga activity to treat women with depression resulting in suboptimal care of women with depression.
