The delivery and transportation time, temperature control and cost factors of four systems of tray transportation and distribution were compared. The systems that were used were the following: 'Electra Royal' of Meals on Wheels, 'Unitray' Cart of Swartbough, 'Lampson Trayevors', and the "Dri Heat Food System'. Hospitals which has the specific system were used for the delivery and transportation time and for the temperature control portion of the study. Cost factors were obtained from printed price sheets or by personal communication with the factory representative of the firm concerned.

This comparative study was conducted in order to determine (1) the average length of stay patients experienced in a selected emergency room, (2) in what area this time was being spent, (3) what class of patients required the most time, and (4) if there was an increase or decrease in the average length of time for twenty-five patients in Group I in 1963, and twenty-five patients in Group II in 1965.
A review of literature was done relating to emergency room service. The descriptive survey was chosen as the method of study. A checklist was the tool of research.

Lateral head x-rays were obtained on selected samples of 24 Chamula, 29 Mayo and 39 Navajo Indians for cephalometric comparison.
Cephalometric evaluation was carried out by means of the Bjork analysis. Mean values for each of the Indian groups were determined and compared with each other and with the mean values of a group of Swedish conscripts studied by Bjork. The mean values were statistically analyzed and and subjected to the Student's "t" test to determine the significant levels of differences.

A descriptive survey was conducted to compare the discomfort experienced on three selected postoperative days to determine if there is one day identified by the patient as the most uncomfortable and to assess the symptoms of which he might complain. A checklist of twelve symptoms common to postsurgical patients was administered on the evenings of the second, third and fourth postoperative days by the researcher. In order to investigate the characteristics of the facial complex of the Mayo Indian and to make comparisons between the facial complex of the Mayo Indian and the facial complex observed in other ethnic groups, measures of facial angles and linear relationships were obtained from a group of Mayo Indians in the state of Sonora, Mexico.

A study was conducted to identify factors which deterred twenty-three selected epileptic patients from utilizing public health nursing services. The literature was reviewed in areas relating to factors which may contribute to or deter patients use of clinic or public health services.
The descriptive survey approach employing an interview guide was used. Data on the guide were classified in two areas: (1) personal characteristics and (2) participant responses.
