Background: Benign lytic bone lesions have various clinical and histopathological forms, the most frequent lytic lesions are unicameral bone cyst, giant cell tumor, aneurysmal bone cyst, fibrous dysplasia, osteoblastoma and enchondroma, and they are rarely to be symptomatic and usually diagnosed accidentally on imaging. Introduction: When the perforation in the tympanic membrane is anteriorly located with a thin anterior rim, stabilizing the graft using the traditional underlay tympanoplasty approach may be challenging.
