Hospitals are required to provide high-quality services to increase patient visits. Over the past six months, RSI Sultan Agung Banjarbaru has experienced a decline in the number of patient visits. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the marketing mix and hospital brand image with revisit intention. The study employed a correlational analytic design, involving an outpatient population of 107,146 patients. Optimal cancer management requires a multidisciplinary approach to improve the quality of patient care. Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) enable interprofessional collaboration in designing comprehensive, patient-centered care. However, the implementation of MDTs in Indonesia still faces various challenges, necessitating a systematic review to understand their effectiveness in improving cancer management outcomes. This systematic review employed the PRISMA method, searching articles from the ScienceDirect, Semantic Scholar, and PubMed databases, published between 2014 and 2024. Ten scientific articles were analyzed from 745 articles retrieved to understand the effectiveness of MDTs in improving cancer management outcomes. Drug inventory control is a critical component of pharmaceutical management in referral hospitals with high service complexity. This study aimed to evaluate pharmaceutical inventory control performance at the Pharmacy Installation of RSUP Persahabatan and to formulate improvement strategies using an Operational Research approach. A mixed-methods design with a sequential explanatory approach was applied. Quantitative analysis was conducted on 2,291 drug items recorded in the inventory system during October 2025 using ABC-VEN classification to identify priority medicines, followed by calculations of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP). The Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) of inpatient rooms at Mitra Sehat Mandiri Hospital Sidoarjo during 2019-2023 has not reached the ideal standard. The BOR values were 22%, 28%, 37%, 25%, and 20%, with an average of 26.4%, remaining below the ideal range of 60-85%. One of the most influential factors contributing to the low BOR is suboptimal service quality. We introduce the WEArable Technology Risk of Bias and Objectivity Tool (WEAR-BOT), a tool that addresses the need for a comprehensive and systematic way to assess bias in studies examining consumer-grade and research-grade wearable devices. Inadequate communication in the outpatient cardiology clinic can lead to disruptive patient throughput, or workflow, and extend patient length of visit. The purpose of this project was to implement a means of communication for clinicians and healthcare assistants to improve patient flow and cut down idleness, ultimately reducing patient wait time. Hospitals adapt to surges in a variety of ways, including expediting admitting and discharge procedures, hiring temporary staff and locums to meet increased demand, and temporarily expanding or creating facilities. To mitigate negative effects associated with surges, a small community-based hospital’s Internal Medicine (IM) residency program and hospitalist program collaborated by shifting senior residents into admitting physician roles with indirect supervision to meet increased surge needs. In the summer of 2025, the library director began reviewing resources available from the University Libraries Special Collections Portal to learn about early hospital infrastructure in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. Using the keyword “hospital”, they reviewed 1,000 records to locate primary resources that could help tell the story of Las Vegas’s first hospital and Southern Nevada early history. In total, they located photos, oral histories, city documents, and newspaper articles, to help put together a timeline of which hospitals, current events, and key figures were critical in establishing a medical presence in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. National data on the academic presidency reflect a long-standing gender gap with little known about the presidency at health professions focused institutions (HPFIs). This mixed methods study explored the relationships between the academic presidency and institutional characteristics of HPFIs, and the leadership journeys of female presidents at HPFIs. An analysis of institutional and leadership data for 487 HPFIs was conducted using a quantitative approach, followed by interviews of 15 female presidents at HPFIs to understand their perceptions of the barriers, and factors that helped with presidency attainment. Occupational hand injuries cause preventable morbidity, lost productivity, and workers’ compensation costs in manufacturing. Although safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in place, inconsistent glove use, slow hazard identification, and delayed response still cause injuries. This quality improvement (QI) project evaluated an eight-week, nurse-led injury-prevention bundle at a Texas heavy-vehicle manufacturing facility. The intervention required daily glove inspections, Safety Champion participation, real-time electronic hazard reporting, and corrective action within the shift. Injury outcomes were measured using Occupational Safety and Administration (OSHA) rates per 200,000 work hours and percentage change from baseline.
