Aim: Coordination of supply and demand for physical education specialists in the labor market, analysis of the "National Qualifications System", which is the basic mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of teachers in the educational services market.

Methods: make both theoretical and practical conclusions based on the results of a systematic analysis of regulatory documents, scientific and methodological literature and expert assessments.

According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, poor mental health and suicide rates amongst people ages 18-25 years old continues to increase. Given these statistics, it is reasonable to assume that mental health education needs to be implemented during regular school hours. It is imperative that students understand the warning signs of poor mental health prior to entering higher education or entering the workforce. By creating an Online Mental Health Resource Archive (OMHRA) filled with resources (i.e. infographics, podcasts, TED Talks, etc.), participants have a central location to browse resources and educate themselves about mental health. Misinformation regarding COVID-19 has clouded the judgment and perspectives of many individuals. At Ohio Northern University, a new interdisciplinary online elective course offers students the opportunity to gain evidence-based insight about the far-reaching implications of pandemics and COVID-19. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the impact that this course has made on student perspectives relating to various topics about pandemics and COVID-19.

Supporting Students After Concussion: What College Faculty Need To Know, Susan C. Davies

Returning to university life following concussion can be challenging for students. Our Brain Health Collaboratory, in conjunction with the Center on Brain Injury Research and Training, developed set of online resources to inform college faculty members about brain injuries. The module includes information about concussion effects, academic and environmental accommodations, and the role of college faculty in providing support. This session will share our research that led to development of the module, as well as our plan to evaluate its efficacy.

Examining The Disproportionate Diagnosis Of Learning Disabilities, Rebecca Reynolds

Honors Projects in Applied Psychology

This thesis examines various factors and intricacies of inequitable diagnoses of learning disabilities, specifically looking at the differences that women and BIPOC students have in their diagnosis journey. Grounded in exploring access services and disability rights/justice both at Bryant University and elsewhere, this thesis investigates the intricacies of social class, societal norms, and cultural effects on learning disability. It compares what the secondary data reports on diagnosis of learning disabilities to the experience of Bryant students. Additionally, it examines gaps found in secondary research.
