Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) ‘Haruhi’ is a subtropical plant that is being cultivated in Indonesia. High temperatures in tropical climates could decrease strawberry yield and fruit quality. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of light, melatonin, potassium fertilizers, and their interactions on the yield and fruit quality of ‘Haruhi’ strawberry. This research was conducted from April to June 2024 at the Bale Tatanen, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran. The demand for high-quality pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) planting materials continues to increase, while conventional propagation methods are limited in multiplication rate, uniformity, and production efficiency. In vitro culture offers an alternative approach for rapid and large-scale seedling production. However, information on the effects of thiamine and cytokinin combinations on both shoot multiplication and phenolic-flavonoid accumulation in pineapple in vitro remains limited. Growing strawberries in soilless substrates in the greenhouse relies on fertilizers and supplemental light to boost yield and fruit quality. The research evaluated the properties of the biofertilizer and its effectiveness on the yield of Japanese strawberry cultivars Nanatsuboshi and KS-75 under controlled greenhouse conditions, with and without light-emitting diodes (LED) as supplemental light. The cell viability and plant-growth-promoting properties of a liquid consortium biofertilizer consisting of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate-solubilizing microbes, were characterized. Banana (Musa spp.) is an important horticultural plant with a high variety in Indonesia; yet, knowledge on the morphological characteristics of indigenous bananas in East Java remains inadequate. This research aims to identify the variation and classify banana cultivars in East Java based on morphological character. The exploration was conducted using the accidental sampling method. The observations include 15 qualitative and 9 quantitative characters. Descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the data, followed by cluster analysis using the average linkage method and Euclidean distance. This review aims to provide an overview of the application of gibberellic acid (GA3) in citrus cultivation, emphasizing their effects on growth, flowering, fruit quality, and ripening. Citrus fruits often face challenges like irregular fruit set, size inconsistency, and environmental stress, impacting yield and profitability, with exogenous gibberellin application as a potential solution. Perbanyakan tanaman stroberi secara konvensional dilakukan dengan menggunakan stolon, tetapi kurang efektif serta kualitas bibit yang dihasilkan kurang baik akibat adanya akumulasi penyakit. Puncak produksi tanaman karet klon BPM 24 dicapai pada tahun sadap ke-7 sampai 10, tetapi produksi menurun dengan cepat hingga mencapai titik terendah pada tahun sadap ke-15. Stimulan merupakan teknologi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi lateks. Penggunaan stimulan sintetik yang berlebih dapat menurunkan produksi sehingga perlu dicoba stimulant organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons produksi tanaman karet klon BPM 24 terhadap aplikasi stimulan organik kulit pisang. Durian ‘Kamajaya’ merupakan salah satu jenis durian lokal yang keberadaanya hampir punah sehingga perlu dilakukan konservasi, salah satunya yaitu dengan perbanyakan menggunakan kultur jaringan. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam kultur jaringan durian ini salah satunya adalah metode sterilisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode sterilisasi yang tepat untuk perbanyakan tanaman durian ‘Kamajaya’ secara in vitro. Buah merupakan organ reproduktif yang memainkan peranan penting pada tanaman dalam proses perbanyakan tanaman dan penyebaran biji. Biji akan terbentuk akibat adanya proses polinasi dan fertilisasi. Pada beberapa jenis buah keberadaan biji tidak diinginkan, sehingga sekarang sudah banyak dikembangkan buah tanpa biji atau buah partenokarpi. Secara garis besar partenokarpi terdiri dari dua kelompok utama, yaitu partenokarpi alami dan partenokarpi buatan. Pisang, tomat, dan manggis merupakan contoh tanaman yang bersifat partenokarpi alami. Gulma merupakan tumbuhan yang mengganggu tanaman budidaya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keanekaragaman dan dominansi gulma pada lahan pertanaman jeruk (Citrus sp.) di dataran medium Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan April sampai Juni 2018. Metode penelitian adalah statistik kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 5 plot yang berbeda dengan luas pengambilan sempel gulma masing-masing 50 cm x 50 cm / plot. Setiap lahan terdapat 5 titik pengambilan sampel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari aplikasi strangulasi dan ZPT terbaik dalam merangsang pertumbuhan vegetatif untuk perbaikan keragaan bibit pamelo tanpa biji. Para pedagang pada umumnya memasarkan buah mangga menggunakan keranjang anyaman bambu terutama dengan tujuan agar konsumen lebih mudah membawanya. Selain itu, harga keranjang anyaman bambu juga murah, sehingga kemasan keranjang anyaman bambu banyak digunakan petani buah mangga.
