It examines the health risks and issues associated with dieting amongst American women. A balanced eating approach is promoted as it can be used to reach or manage a healthy weight and is recommended for women by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Healthy defaults are included with meal preparation, physical activity, and other adaptable habits as well as nutrition recommendations to help women lead a healthy lifestyle.
