Physicochemical And Spectroscopic Characterization Of Biofield Energy Treated Gerbera Multiplication Medium, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, Alice Branton, Dahryn Trivedi, Gopal Nayak, Ragini Singh, Snehasis Jana

Mahendra Kumar Trivedi

The micropropagation technique is used for Gerbera species due to their high demand all over the world as the decorative potted plants and cut flowers. The present study was done to investigate the impact of biofield energy treatment on the physicochemical properties of gerbera multiplication medium. A part of the sample was treated with Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy, and the other part was kept as untreated and termed as the control sample. Both the parts were subsequently analysed for their physical, thermal and spectral properties using X-ray diffraction (XRD), particle size analysis, surface area analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), elemental analysis, …

Effect Of A Biofield Treatment On Plant Growth And Adaptation (Benth.), Gopal Nayak, Nandini Altekar

Mahendra Kumar Trivedi

Quantum mechanics was developed when human energies of consciousness were found to influence observations at the scale of elementary particles, here referred as non-contact biofield treat-ment or biofield energies. Quantum mechanics has also proved ef-ficacious in biological processes. The present experiments found an enhanced and significant impact of the biofield treatment on adaptive micropropagation response and callus induction of two plant spe-cies, Withania somnifera and Amaranthus dubius. The enhancement was perhaps due to greater focus on adaptation rather than specific mechanisms, showing high potential including at biochemical and genetic levels. Possible reasons for the enhancement are discussed and a possible …

In Vitro Clonal Propagation Of Bael (Aegle Marmelos Corr.) Cv. Cishb1 Through Enhanced Axillary Branching, Rajesh Pati Oct 2008

In Vitro Clonal Propagation Of Bael (Aegle Marmelos Corr.) Cv. Cishb1 Through Enhanced Axillary Branching, Rajesh Pati

Rajesh Pati

Rapid clonal micropropagation protocol of Aegle marmelos (L.) Corr. cv. CISH-B1 was achieved by nodal stem segment of mature bearing tree. Three centimeter long shoots having one axillary bud excised from 10-15th nodal region of shoots during September gave quick in vitro bud burst (5.33 days) when cultured on MS medium supplemented with BAP, 8.84 μM + IAA 5.7 μM. The maximum number of proliferated shoots (9.0/explant) were obtained on same medium supplemented with BAP 8.84 μM + IAA 5.7 μM. The micro shoots were rooted (100 %) on ½ strength MS medium supplemented with IBA 49.0 + IAA 5.7 …
