This technical study offers a comprehensive investigation into the utilization of Cold Recycled Asphalt Mixtures (CRAMs) with varying proportions of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) in the context of pavement maintenance applications. The study encompasses a multi-faceted analysis, encompassing laboratory mix design requirements, mix performance evaluations, and a thorough assessment of economic benefits, with the overarching goal of promoting the sustainable adoption of CRAMs in pavement maintenance. To achieve the objectives of the research, five ratios of RAP to virgin aggregates (VA) of (0%:100%), (25%:75%), (50%:50%), (75%:25%), and (100%: 0%).
