The existence of the Constitutional Court as stated in the provisions of Article 24C of the 1945 Constitution has established the dignity of the Constitutional Court's position as a Guardian of the Constitution which is understood as a judicial institution that protects the constitutional rights of Indonesia citizens. This research is aimed at solving the problem of the constitutional rights of Indonesia citizens who are often injured through legal products in the form of laws. Those are just a few of the many adjectives nominators used to describe Nashuba Hudson, the recipient of the 2024 Student Leadership in Fostering Community and Inclusiveness Award. Hudson, a 3L from Chicago, was presented the award today (Aug. 16) as part of the concluding events of this year’s 1L Orientation.
Established in 2018, the award, which comes with a $2,000 scholarship, celebrates a student who “goes above and beyond to foster our diverse, inclusive, supportive, and welcoming community.” Recipients are honored for their work in the previous year.

Abstract
Information Technology-Based Crowdfunding Services (LPBBTI) continue to encounter challenges related to legal protections, such as breaches of privacy and the misuse of personal data belonging to consumers and the public. This paper analyzes the implementation of personal data protection through LPBBTI operational compliance, the drafting of privacy policies and LPBBTI agreements, as well as the role of authorities in overseeing LPBBTI operators in implementing personal data protection following the enactment of Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP) and Law No. 4 of 2023 (UU P2SK). Stevens Foundation Selects Four Law Students As 2024 Fellows, James Owsley Boyd

The John Paul Stevens Foundation has chosen four Indiana University Maurer School of Law students to serve as 2024 Stevens Fellows this summer. The Foundation made the announcement today (June 26).
Selection as a Stevens Fellow comes with $12,000—half from the Foundation, half from the Law School—to help offset the cost of unpaid public interest work over the summer. This year’s Stevens Fellows are Kristal Davis ’25, from Lansing, Michigan; Allegra Maldonado ’25, from Indianapolis; James Monroe ’25, from Naperville, Illinois; and Niara Wakaba ’26, from Louisville.

In clinical legal education, there is growing interest in the development of project-based clinical work, which includes a broad range of activities, such as legislative and policy reform, community economic development and community legal education. In the project model, students use non-litigation advocacy strategies to solve challenging legal problems for clients and engage a broad range of multidimensional legal skills, including complex problem-solving, strategic planning, project management, and professional communication skills. Clinical scholarship on project-based learning has suggested that key pedagogical methods, particularly maximizing role assumption and student ownership of clinic work, must be compromised in projects due to the …

This Note argues for the creation of a public interest recruiting and placement organization like Teach for America, in the tradition of Edgar and Jean Cahn's call for federally funded neighborhood legal services and TFA founder Wendy Kopp's call for the creation of a national teacher corps. Part I argues that such a recruiting and placement organization should be implemented now, in light of the constitutional and legal limitations of federally funded legal services; an excess supply of lawyers coupled with a disparity in those receiving legal services; cutbacks in public interest positions such as legal aid and public defender …
