Although the use of electronic computers in legal research has not yet been perfected, Professor Dickerson believes that computers may be at least a partial answer to the problem created by the ever-increasing mass of statutory material and judicial decisions that must be consulted to determine the law on a given point. He explains just how the computers are used in legal research and points out their limitations as well as their advantages. We will probably agree that the college or university as a seat of learning must develop and maintain library facilities commensurate with the standing before the world which the institution's progress has earned.
