Computerized Administrative Decision Making And Fundamental Rights, Jacques Fremont Oct 1994

Computerized Administrative Decision Making And Fundamental Rights, Jacques Fremont

Osgoode Hall Law Journal

Taking as a departure point the introduction of expert systems in the field of administrative adjudication, this paper aims to present some of the issues and problems that the law and jurists will face as a result of "new informational technologies."
