Thomas Sullivan was a senior partner at Jenner Block LLP, former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, co-chair of the Illinois Governor George H. Ryan's Commission on Capital Punishment, and served as chairman of the Illinois Capital Punishment Reform Study Committee.
