Interest in the use of natural gas began in a limited manner in the late fifties of the twentieth century, but the widespread interest in the exploitation and manufacture of natural gas did not begin in Iraq until the end of the seventies of the same century. Groundwater is the reserve for surface water in the study area for areas far from the Euphrates River, groundwater is represented by (15) ground basins and ten candidate areas for agricultural investment, and scientific studies of the region indicate the presence of groundwater storage suitable for even medical uses in the northern desert near the Syrian border, The groundwater is represented by the wells that were drilled in five areas (Al-Hammad, Al-Hajar, al wadian al aulia, al wadian al sufla, and Gezira).

Turkey could not hide its ambitions of having political and military presence in north and east Syria, where a severe armed struggle for territories has outbroken for decades. This study aims to propose a standard for determining the health effects of light pollution as a growing type of other environmental pollution. In view of the potential risks posed by continuous exposure to various sources of light pollution, the proposed standard is necessary. A laboratory experiment was conducted on a sample of volunteers in Najaf City. Volunteers of both sexes and different ages were subjected to varying optical stresses. Volunteers demonstrated different health responses to each light intensity, and on this basis a standard was established to diagnose the health impact of light pollution for each case. The standard …
