يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف والكشف والبيان عن أهم ما انماز به منهج الشيخ محمّد عليّ طه الدُّرَّة (1428هـ ) في كتابه( فتح القريب المجيب إعراب شواهد مغني اللبيب لابن هشام الأنصاري (ت761هـ ) .

إذ عرضَ الشيخ مادتَّه النحويّة بأُسلوب علمي مشفوع وبأدلة وأصول نحوية تمثّلت بالسماع والقياس والإجماع واستصحاب الحال ، بعيدًا عن التعقيد والإطناب والإسهاب والتكرار ، عباراته موجزة ، سهلة المقصد والمعنى ، استطاع الدُّرَّة عن طريقها رسم معالم منهجه المتميز . وهذا ما سيلحظه القارئ في صفحات هذا البحث .

يهدف البحث لدراسة معجم "الصِّحاح تاج اللُّغة وصحاح العربيَّة- للجوهريِّ" وهو من معاجم اللُّغة الَّتِي تجيز الاستشهاد بالحديث النَّبويِّ الشَّريف، لا سيَّما أَنَّ أَحاديثه لم تدرس بعد من النَّاحية الحديثيَّة، وبدراستها نعرف المقبول والمردود منها، وبيان مكانته بين كتب اللُّغة وغريب الحديث، وأَيضـًا ستساهم دراسته في دراسة باقي كتب اللُّغة والنَّحو، وكذلكَ في إِخراج الموسوعات الحديثيَّة؛ لخدمة السُّنة المشرفة، وتقديم مادَّة علميَّة محقَّقة مجموعة بمرجع واحد؛ ليسهل على الباحثين الرُّجوع إِليها والاستشهاد بها.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالهرميِّ عمر بن عيسى بن إسماعيل (ت 702هـ) وموقفه من الإجماع في كتابه (المحرَّر في النحو). إذ اعتمد عليه الهرميُّ كأصل من أصول الصناعة النحوية اعتمد عليه في عرض مادته العلمية ولجأ إليه في تقرير القواعد والآراء النحوية والصرفية واللغوية.

وهو في الأصل دليل من الأدلة الشرعية وقاعدة أساسية في علم الفقه وأصوله، ثم نقل إلى النحو العربي فأصبح دليلاً وأصلاً من أصوله، وعليه فهو أصلٌ استدلالي أخذه النحاة من أصول الفقه.

Women only make up 28.5% of Congress even though they make up 50.5% of the population of the United States. This disparity indicates that there are significant barriers that female politicians face when they are running for office. To look for why, an extensive literature review was conducted that gave context about the gender stereotypes that female candidates face and how they navigate the male template of power. Using the material from the literature review, the campaigns of three women and three men who won their election in the recent 2022 midterms were analyzed. Political, social, and economic climates have been ripe for hate ideologies to gain increased adherents and in some cases, even overt support. Previous examinations of hate groups have assumed formation. This presentation uses simulation modeling to test Hamm’s (2004) criminological theory of collective hate and Weber’s (1947) socio-political theory of charismatic leadership. Hate speech on social media has been identified as a social problem. However, it is difficult to quantify how widespread hate speech is. We looked at conversations on Twitter about Asians, Black people, Jews, Hispanic/Latino people, and Muslims by manually annotating representative samples of tweets from 2020 and 2021 with the keywords “Asians, Blacks, Jews, Latinos, and Muslims.”

We found between 5 and 17 percent tweets were biased, depending on the keyword and year. This results in an estimated 8.3 million biased tweets during that period. However, there were even more tweets calling out bias against these minority groups, between …

The present work examines the natural law jurisprudence of John Finnis. It argues that Finnis’s teaching is a genuinely new natural law theory. Finnis’s jurisprudence is not a re- presentation of the jurisprudence of St. Thomas Aquinas because its central element—a doctrine of natural rights—is a departure from Aquinas’s natural law teaching. In support of these claims, the present work relies upon the scholarship of Ernest L. Fortin, A.A. Following Fr. Fortin, it presents an understanding of the natural law that endorses a clear distinction between natural right and natural rights—between premodern political philosophy and modern political philosophy.
