Abstract: Aiming at the lack of directionality of traditional dot product attention, this paper proposes a directed attention model (DAM) based on cosine similarity. To effectively represent the direction relationship between the spatial and temporal features of video frames, the paper defines the relationship function in the attention mechanism using the cosine similarity theory, which can remove the absolute value of the relationship between features. To reduce the computational burden of the attention mechanism, the operation is decomposed from two dimensions of time and space. Abstract: To address the problem of the loss of local style details in cross-domain image simulation, a ChinOperaGAN network framework suitable for opera makeup is designed from the perspective of protecting the excellent traditional culture. In order to solve the style translation of differences in two image domains, multiple overlapping local adversarial discriminators are proposed in the generative adversarial network. Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low intelligence and poor adaptability for the existing mixed signal recognition methods, an intelligent recognition method based on cyclic spectral cross section and deep learning is proposed. For common mixed communication signals, the characteristics of zero frequency cross section of cyclic spectrum are theoretically deduced and analyzed. Abstract: In order to construct a maize kernel variety recognition model with high recognition accuracy and suitable for mobile phone application, a mobile phone is used to obtain maize kernel double-sided (embryonic and non-embryonic) images. Based on the lightweight convolutional neural network MobileNetV2 and transfer learning, a maize kernel image variety recognition model is constructed. Abstract: Reinforcement Learning (RL) achieves lower time response and better model generalization in Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP). To explain the current overall research status of JSSP based on RL, summarize the current scheduling framework based on RL, and lay the foundation for follow-up research, the backgrounds of JSSP and RL are introduced. Two simulation techniques commonly used in JSSP are analyzed and two commonly used frameworks for RL to solve JSSP are given. In addition, some existing challenges are pointed out, and related research progress is introduced from three aspects: direct scheduling, feature representation-based scheduling, and parameter search-based scheduling.

Abstract: Video action recognition is an important part of intelligent video analysis. In recent years, deep learning methods, especially the two-stream convolutional neural network achieved the state-of-the-art performance. However, most methods simply use uniform sampling to get frames, which may cause the loss of information in sampling interval. We propose a segmentation method and a key-frame extraction method for video action recognition, and combine them with a multi-temporal-scale two-stream network. Our framework achieves a 94.2% accuracy at UCF101 split1, which is the same as the state-of-the-art method’s performance.

Abstract: Traffic flow prediction is an important component of urban intelligent transportation system. With the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence, deep learning has been applied in traffic engineering area. Gated recurrent unit (GRU) neural network is selected to predict urban traffic flow. Cross-validation method is used to explore the optimal number of gated recurrent units. The GRU model is compared with other three predictors such as support vector regression and evaluated in different performance measurements. The results show that GRU model has better performance in traffic flow prediction than the other three models.

Abstract: Aiming at the evaluation problem of COA (course of action) level indicators in joint operation, an evaluation framework of COA based on wargaming was proposed. By multidimensional analysis of wargaming data, an evaluation feature space was constructed from basic features generated by data cube models and SoS (system of systems) features based on complex network. Wargaming experiments were used to generate small batch metrics results of COA level indicators, and the corresponding result labels of evaluation feature space data were generated by data fitting method.
