Study On Comprehensive Performance Of Roadheader Shovel Based On Simulation Optimization Method, Dayong Wang, Wang Hui

Abstract: An improved genetic algorithm that integrates into non-uniform mutation operator and niching technology, which could run toward the optimal solution effectively, and to better maintain the diversity of the solution and high convergence speed was proposed. Meanwhile, taking shovel width and shovel dip for design variables optimizes loading capacity, shovel grubbing force and shovel coaming thickness of roadheader shovel. Optimization results show that: shovel width is reduced by 1.33%, shovel dip is reduced by 9.47%, and Shovel coaming thickness is increased by 11.4%, which has a significant effect on the overall stability of roadheader and the shovel strength. …

Abstract: Under the mine, Shearer's hauling speed affected the shearer's efficiency and reliability. Taking MG32570*2/325-BWD shearer as research object, from shearer's reliability, by using Simulink, the intelligent speed regulation system was established, based on shearer key parts' reliability. The building & simulation of hauling motor load torque block and recommended optimum hauling speed generation block which was fitted by neural network was solved. The simulation results show that: this system can achieve the recommended speed, which is traced by hauling speed rapidly and accurately. Abstract: The traditional heterogeneous distributed real-time scheduling algorithm didn't give consideration to the dynamic behavior of tasks. An aperiodic non-preemptible and heterogeneous distributed dynamic fault-tolerant model and presenting two fault-tolerant scheduling algorithms was proposed based on this model: DRFSA algorithm and DSFSA algorithm. DRFSA(Dynamic and Reliability-driven of hybrid with Fault-tolerant Scheduling Algorithm)algorithm is to improve the system reliability as the scheduling objective through the reasonable scheduling. Abstract: To improve the city agglomeration traffic network's ability to fight a sudden disasters, empirical research was made on city agglomeration traffic network reliability from a new view. The weighted traffic network model of the single transportation mode in urban agglomeration was built so that city agglomeration compound traffic network was formed by the superposition.
