360-Degree Virtual Fitting Based On Kinect, Xiaoli Zhang, Junfeng Yao, Huang Ping Aug 2020

360-Degree Virtual Fitting Based On Kinect, Xiaoli Zhang, Junfeng Yao, Huang Ping

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: A lot of virtual fitting systems only study human-computer interaction and clothing simulation, but they can’t make clothes model to rotate 360 degree along with human. To solve this problem, an improved method of virtual fitting based on Kinect using motion prediction was proposed. With the help of Kinect, the skeleton feature points of user for real-time tracking were obtained. According to the obtained information of the joint point of the head and color image, face was detected and judging the front or back of the user. The motion trajectory of the left and right shoulders’ joint points based …

Human Action Recognition Method Based On Key Frames, Xiangbin Shi, Shuanpeng Liu, Deyuan Zhang Aug 2020

Human Action Recognition Method Based On Key Frames, Xiangbin Shi, Shuanpeng Liu, Deyuan Zhang

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: More and more researchers have begun to study the human action recognition based on depth information and skeleton information since the Kinect has been released. A method of human action recognition based on the skeleton feature of key frames is proposed in order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the human action recognition, and reduce the computational complexity. The clustered data was obtained by using K-means clustering algorithm, and then the key frames were extracted by using the clustered data. Two features for human action recognition were extracted, one is the feature of the position of human joint, …

Motion Tracking System By Direct Fusion Of Rgb-D Camera And Micro-Imu Sensors, Zhang Yang, Xu Lin, Guangyi Sun Aug 2020

Motion Tracking System By Direct Fusion Of Rgb-D Camera And Micro-Imu Sensors, Zhang Yang, Xu Lin, Guangyi Sun

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: Recently, low cost full Body Motion Tracking attracted tremendous attentions in the fields of Computer Vision and Automation. Single depth camera-and inertial-based motion tracking systems rapidly have become two primary options for small-business and individual consuming markets, due to their relatively inexpensive price and comparable performance. However, both depth camera-and inertial-based motion tracking systems have inherent disadvantages which cannot be eliminated theoretically and experimentally. For example, depth camera tracking mostly failed in the presence of occlusion while inertial sensor tracking usually suffered from drift errors. Therefore, a novel multiple-sensor fusion approach which seamlessly combined the data measured from a …

Design And Implementation Of Virtual Treadmill System Supporting Natural Interaction, Zhigeng Pan, Congjin Liu, Yingying Ge, Qingshu Yuan Jun 2020

Design And Implementation Of Virtual Treadmill System Supporting Natural Interaction, Zhigeng Pan, Congjin Liu, Yingying Ge, Qingshu Yuan

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: By virtually displaying outdoor sports scene, virtual treadmill system can make running more interesting. How to interact naturally and effectively during running is an important issue in system design. Based on the gesture interaction region partition and analysis of Kinect data, we designed a gesture interaction protocol. The protocol supports menu interaction and content switch without interruption of human running process. We also designed and implemented a virtual treadmill system which utilizes OSG library and Unity3D for scene modeling. Serial port and Socket is used for status or sports data transmission. The system can displayed on a large monitor …

Design And Implementation Of Online Interactive Educational Game Based On Somatosensory, Ban Rui, Dandan Ding, Mingmin Zhang, Huaqing Shen Jun 2020

Design And Implementation Of Online Interactive Educational Game Based On Somatosensory, Ban Rui, Dandan Ding, Mingmin Zhang, Huaqing Shen

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: The somatic game has been widely used in the educational field because of the advantages of excellent experience, multi sense and student-centered. But now, the commonly used somatic game equipment is based on PC, such as Kinect, which does not support browsing on web and requires long period development, failing to meet the teaching demands. This leads to the slow and imbalanced developments of somatic-based education game. To solve those problems, this paper puts forward a solution, which combines Websocket communication mechanism and Kinect recognition mode. In order to promote the integration of education and games, this paper further …

Skeleton Extraction From Three-Dimensional Maize Based On Kinect, Zhili Fang, Weiliang Wen, Xinyu Guo, Jianwei Wu Jun 2020

Skeleton Extraction From Three-Dimensional Maize Based On Kinect, Zhili Fang, Weiliang Wen, Xinyu Guo, Jianwei Wu

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: Aiming at acquiring three-dimensional skeleton of maize plant efficiently, an automatic three-dimensional maize plant skeleton extraction method based on Kinect data was proposed. Kinect data was transformed into point cloud data. Backgroundpoint cloud was deleted by threshold segmentation and the point cloud was stratified according to the height of the 3D model. Each layer was clustered by two circle iteration and the center points of each cluster could be obtained. The set of center points could be considered as the skeleton points of maize. The quadratic B-spline interpolation curve was used to obtain relatively accurate and smooth linear …

Trajectory Capture And Sway Frequency Analysis Of Trees Based On Kinect, He Peng, Shaojun Hu, Dongjian He Jun 2020

Trajectory Capture And Sway Frequency Analysis Of Trees Based On Kinect, He Peng, Shaojun Hu, Dongjian He

Journal of System Simulation

Abstract: The morphology and structure of plants were complex. It is of great significance to investigate the inherent motion law of plants under the action of external force, such as realistic animation formation, plant pruning, vibration picking and forest protection. A low cost outdoor tree complex motion capture method was explored, and the relationship between the stem motion and the external force was analyzed. The Kinect was used to capture the branches motion; MeanShift algorithm was used for tracking branches markers and the three-dimensional trajectory of the trunk was extracted according to the principle of Kinect coordinate transformation. A method …
