Numerical Simulation Of Nonlinear Vibrations Of Discrete Mass With Harmonic Force Perturbation, M. Yusupov, B. A. Akhmedov, Olga Karpova Dec 2020

Numerical Simulation Of Nonlinear Vibrations Of Discrete Mass With Harmonic Force Perturbation, M. Yusupov, B. A. Akhmedov, Olga Karpova

Acta of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent

The problem of vibration of a single-mass system under the force excitation of vibration associated with a fixed base by a weightless nonlinear viscoelastic spring is considered. To take into account the rheological properties of the spring material, the Boltzmann-Volterra principle was used. Mathematical models of the problem under consideration are obtained, which are described by integro-differential equations. A solution method based on the use of quadrature formulas has been developed and a computer program has been compiled on its basis, the results obtained are presented in the form of graphs. The influence of nonlinear and rheological properties of a …

A Logical Method For Finding Maximum Compatible Subsystems Of Systems Of Boolean Equations, Anvar Kabulov, Erkin Urunbaev, Mansur Berdimurodov Dec 2020

A Logical Method For Finding Maximum Compatible Subsystems Of Systems Of Boolean Equations, Anvar Kabulov, Erkin Urunbaev, Mansur Berdimurodov

Scientific Journal of Samarkand University

The problem of finding the maximum joint subsystem of Boolean equation systems is solved. An algorithm for finding the maximum upper zero of a monotone Boolean function is proposed. An efficient procedure for calculating the values of monotone functions on sets of a - dimensional cube is investigated and developed. An algorithm for solving systems of Boolean equations based on the search for the maximum upper zero of monotone functions of the logic algebra is developed.

Conductivity Reversal In Silicon Doped With S And Zn, Abdulaziz Shavkatovich Mavlyanov, Nurullo Zikrillayev, Maruf Khaqqulov, Erkin Khaltursunov, Farhod Shakarov Sep 2020

Conductivity Reversal In Silicon Doped With S And Zn, Abdulaziz Shavkatovich Mavlyanov, Nurullo Zikrillayev, Maruf Khaqqulov, Erkin Khaltursunov, Farhod Shakarov

Acta of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent

Based on experimental results of investigation of type of conductivity of silicon samples doped with sulfur at Т=1250°С, and thereafter with zinc at T=1200°С, the authors put forward the hypothesis about self-assembly of “binary” elementary cells where atoms of elements of group II (Zn) and IV (S) allegedly form ZnS-type compounds in Si. The thermodynamic conditions required for buildup of such elementary cells and assembly of various associations in the basic lattice of silicon including self-assembly of ZnS clusters were theoretically determined and experimentally justified.

An Effective Method For Synthesizing The Abbreviated Disjunctive Normal Form Of A Boolean Function, Erkin Urunbaev Aug 2020

An Effective Method For Synthesizing The Abbreviated Disjunctive Normal Form Of A Boolean Function, Erkin Urunbaev

Scientific Journal of Samarkand University

In discrete mathematics, minimizing Boolean functions in the class of disjunctive normal forms is one of the necessary tasks. This paper presents an effective method for synthesizing the reduced disjunctive normal form of a Boolean function.
