The results of the study of optical absorption of metal films YBa2Cu3O6+x when passing through the film direct current to 100 mA are presented. Analysis of the data indicates that the relationship between absorption and current arises due to the possibility of filling the localization areas with carriers in the current mode (or vice versa, due to the emission of localized carriers to the mobility level). The article presents the results of the analysis of long-term regime observations of change in the concentrations of groundwater of Uzbekistan and adjacent territories. Based on these observations, the main factors affecting the changes of the quantitative content of helium. The results of the evaluation of the characteristics of the changes and distribution of helium in groundwater. The change of helium concentration in groundwater significantly influence the deformation and hydro-geodynamic and tectonic conditions. Described and quantified four factors with different concentrations of helium. They allow to correctly assess the variation of helium associated with seismic events.

There are investigated sorption and desorption characteristics of phosphate cation-exchange resin among metals: copper, nickel, cobalt, an uranyl-ion depending on pH-environment, the ionic form of cation-exchange resin, concentration of investigated cations. Interaction of cation-exchange resin in Na- and H-forms with solutions of salts sulphate of copper, nickel, cobalt, chloride sodium, calcium and nitrate of uranyl is studied. The article considers the possibility of using the least squares method (LSM) for long-term forecasting of the parameters of the regime of electric power systems. There is presented least squares method for predicting the parameters of the regime of electric power systems. Studies are often conducted to minimize the effect of vibration on equipment and its mechanisms. Since the engine is the main driving force of all technical objects, vibration is one of the factors hindering its operation. With this in mind, this article investigated the random probability distribution of vibration parameters using the laws of mathematical statistical distribution and was found to be compatible with the normal distribution law. To study the volt - ampere characteristics of multistage composite transistors, a dialogue computer simulation program, the Delphi programming environment, has been developed. Systems with pulse-width modulation are essentially non-linear automatic control systems. The complexity factors of pulse-width systems include multivariable, the multirate nature of the pulse-width modulators work, and the nonstationarity of control objects. Such systems have been known for a long time and are now widely used. Various exact and approximate methods have been proposed for the analysis and synthesis of PWM systems.
