Influences Of Morphology And Nitrogen Doping On The Electrocatalytic Characteristics For Oxygen Reduction Reaction Of Nio/Rgo, Dong Liang, Heng-Yi Fang, Shuo Yao, Jie-Mei Yu, Zhao-Liang Zhang, Zhan-Kun Jiang, Xue-Ping Gao, Tai-Zhong Huang

Journal of Electrochemistry

In this research, the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) supported sheet-like NiO (NiO/rGO) and spherical-like NiO (NiO/N-rGO) catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) were prepared. The structures, morphologies and chemical states of the two catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical catalytic performance of the two catalysts for ORR were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), Tafel, linear sweeping voltammetry (LSV), rotating disc electrode (RDE) and rotating ring disc electrode (RRDE) tests. Electrochemical results showed that the current density and onset potential (about 0.89 V) …

Study Of The Morphological And Electrical Properties Of Films Of Solid Solution Znxsn1-Хse Obtained By The Method Of Cmbd, Kudrat M. Kuchkarov, Takhir M. Razykov, Bobur A. Ergashev, Rukhiddin T. Yuldoshov

Euroasian Journal of Semiconductors Science and Engineering

The ZnXSn1-XSe solid solution films were fabricated by the chemical molecular beam deposition (CMBD) method. The sources used were ZnSe and SnSe compounds of stoichiometric composition at the substrate temperature of 5600С. The morphological and electrophysical properties of the ZnXSn1-XSe solid solution films are investigated. Scanning electron microscope images showed that the grain sizes of the films are 8÷20 microns. The structural parameters of the obtained films are given. The electrical conductivity of the films was 15 ÷ 1 • 10-6 (Ohm·cm) -1 depending on the composition of the solid solution.

Turkish Lexicon Expansion By Using Finite State Automata, Mustafa Burak Öztürk, Burcu Can Buğlalilar

Turkish Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences

Turkish is an agglutinative language with rich morphology. A Turkish verb can have thousands of different word forms. Therefore, sparsity becomes an issue in many Turkish natural language processing (NLP) applications. This article presents a model for Turkish lexicon expansion. We aimed to expand the lexicon by using a morphological segmentation system by reversing the segmentation task into a generation task. Our model uses finite-state automata (FSA) to incorporate orthographic features and morphotactic rules. We extracted orthographic features by capturing phonological operations that are applied to words whenever a suffix is added. Each FSA state corresponds to either a stem …
