Sensitivity Analysis Of Development Parameters On The Production Temperature Of Karst Geothermal Reservoirs: A Case Study Of The Qingfeng Area In Henan, China, Han Yun, Li Kewen, He Jifu, Wang Xinwei, Gao Nan’An
Coal Geology & Exploration
The temperature of produced geothermal water serves as a pivotal indicator influencing the efficiency of geothermal energy utilization, with a higher temperature corresponding to more effective geothermal reservoir exploitation. For karst geothermal reservoirs, recognized as a significant type of geothermal reservoir, the temperature of produced geothermal water is influenced by reservoir parameters. Focusing on the Ordovician karst geothermal reservoirs in the Qingfeng area, Henan Province, this study established a geological model of the reservoirs, followed by numerical simulations based on thermal flow and well-reservoir coupling using the data of seven geothermal wells. The purpose is to explore the effects of …

Analogue Modeling Of Love-Type Channel Waves And Their Response To Faults, Liu Qiang, Hu Jiwu, Wang Pan, Shi Xianxin, Jia Qian
Coal Geology & Exploration
Owing to its high resolution and low energy attenuation, channel wave-based seismic exploration has been widely applied in the geophysical prospecting of hidden disaster-causing factors in underground coal mines. However, its accuracy fails to meet the requirements of intelligent mine mining presently. At present, the analogue modeling of channel waves mostly focuses on Rayleigh-type channel waves using 2D models, leading to a lack of research on Love-type channel waves. To explore the propagation law of Love-type channel waves, this study investigated the waves in the 3D analogue modeling of channel waves. Firstly, the wave and particle vibration characteristics of Love-type …

Optimization Calculation Of The Width Of Waterproof Coal Pillars In Fault Zones Based On Spatial Relationship Between Coal Strata And Fault, Wu Bin, Xie Daolei, Han Jing, Chen Qiang, Zhang Huide
Coal Geology & Exploration
The appropriate setting width of the waterproof coal pillars is an important measure to prevent water inrush hazard during near fault mining. The working face 123up01(south) of Jining No.3 Coal Mine in Shandong Province is adjacent to F8 fault in the west. The fall of F8 fault is large, which may be conducted with the Ordovician limestone aquifer at the bottom. To ensure the safe mining in the working face, it is necessary to calculate the size of waterproof coal pillars of fault F8. In view of the actual occurrence of coal strata, the spatial relationship between fault …

Forward Simulation Of Fault Detection By Transmitting Channel Wave In Thin Alternating Coal Seams, Ma Yanlong
Coal Geology & Exploration
In order to study the feasibility of the fault detection by transmitting channel wave in thin alternating coal seams of southwestern region, a representative area was selected, and a coal mine in Panzhihua Coal Industry Group was selected as the research object. A three-dimensional geological model with three alternating coal seams containing three partings, three partings and faults and without parting was established based on actual geological data. Through the forward simulation and analysis of the characteristics of the wave field and the frequency dispersion of the channel waves of the three dimensional elastic wave, the validity of the amplitude …

Pso-Elm Prediction Model For Surface Deformation Of Mine Slope, Ning Yongxiang, Cui Ximin
Coal Geology & Exploration
During the excavation of the roadway, using reflected in-seam waves detection technique to explore the structure of roadway and accurately interpret the wave impedance interface is of signality for mine production. The method of detecting the position of faults by reflected in-seam waves is usually inaccurate, which is mainly caused by the selected deviation of reflected in-seam waves velocity. In order to reduce the selected deviation of reflected in-seam waves velocity, this paper analyzed the features of reflected in-seam waves velocity of fifteen coal seam in thirteen coal mines and the velocity relationships of reflected in-seam waves, direct in-seam waves …

Detection Technique And Application Of Transmission In-Seam Wave In Thin Coal Seam, Yang Hui
Coal Geology & Exploration
Aiming at the problem of serious attenuation of channel wave in thin seam and its limited distance of propagation, a method of restricted CT imaging was proposed by using the furthest in-seam wave propagation distance. Firstly, the variation of in-seam wave frequency with different thickness of coal seam was studied by theoretical derivation. Taking a 1.5m thin seam as the main research object, the attenuation characteristics of channel wave were simulated by forward modeling, and the effective propagation distance of channel wave was determined. The actual data of No. 15 coal seam in a coal mine in Shandong Province shows …

Similar Model Test And Mechanical Analysis Of Fault Structure, Song Yanqi, Wang Shilei, Sun Chuan, Hao Liangjun
Coal Geology & Exploration
The pre-existing fault specimens were made to confirm the actual stratum mechanical properties based on the similarity theory. Then the mechanism of failure mode of pre-existing fault was analyzed under the crack tip stress field theory. The results show that with the increase of load, the microcracks develop gradually and propagate, and the propagation path tends to the loading direction. In the process of crack propagation, multiple branch paths are generated, and then the cracks merge with each other to destroy the specimen. The stress field theory can be used to determine the newly generated fracture direction, which is consistent …
Distance Relaying Algorithm For Double-Circuit Transmission Line With Compensation For Reactance Effect Under Standard Availability Of Measurements, Jan Izykowski, Marcin Bozek
Distance Relaying Algorithm For Double-Circuit Transmission Line With Compensation For Reactance Effect Under Standard Availability Of Measurements, Jan Izykowski, Marcin Bozek
Turkish Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences
This paper deals with non-pilot distance protection of a double-circuit transmission line. Negative impact of the reactance effect, appearing in measuring a fault loop impedance, on operation of the relay is discussed. An adaptive algorithm allowing one to prevent the relay from mis- or mal-operation caused by the reactance effect is introduced. The algorithm is designed for a standard availability of measurements from one end of the double-circuit line, i.e. when three-phase voltage and current from the faulted line circuit, and additionally zero-sequence current from the healthy line circuit, are provided as the relay input signals. The algorithm is based …
