In recent years 3D printing is becoming popular among researchers for its reliability, cost-effective materials, and ease of use without having costly clean rooms. In this work we report the process of fabrication of an array patterned microfluidic device with its effect in Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and particle manipulator. With the optimized design of channel geometry and electrode pattern, this device can use in different lab-on-a-chip applications. A 3D printed microfluidic channel fabrication process is presented here along with a CAD drawing with microstructural dimension analysis.
