Studies On The Electrode Kinetics Of Electrooxidation Of Mn 2+, Wanli Hu, Tong Su, Wei Guo, Ding Zhou

The mechanism of electrooxidation of MnSO 4 on Pb Sb As alloy anode was investigated by using rotating disc electrode technique. The results shown that the conditional standard potential of Mn(Ⅲ)/Mn(Ⅱ)in 40% H 2SO 4 is 0.886 4 V.The rate controlling step of electrode process is mixed controlled by charge transfer and diffusion.
