This article presents a wideband phase less source reconstruction method (SRM) for the evaluation of the radiated emissions from printed circuit boards (PCBs) in shielding enclosures. The PCBs are modeled with equivalent dipoles, and the numerical Green's function (NGF) is deployed to establish the relationship between the equivalent source and the input near-field (NF) data, thus the electromagnetic influences of the surrounding environments comprehensively accounted. This method only requires magnitude-only NF scanning over a single plane, thus significantly decreasing the NF measurement difficulty.
