The remaining useful life (RUL) estimations become one of the most essential aspects of predictive maintenance (PdM) in the era of industry 4.0. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of technology infrastructure costs, software costs, database costs and brainware costs to increase the information technology budget of the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya and efficient use of the budget.
