It is the purpose of this study (1) to develop a curriculum for the trainable mentally retarded student that will be developmental in nature and will help meet the needs of the students enrolled in the boy's apprentice training program at Rainier School, and (2) to provide each student with personal and social skills that with work skills will enable him to establish a positive relationship with employees and residents with whom he will be working and living.
