This study aimed to identify the reasons for the reluctance of students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Bahrain to practice arbitration in sports competitions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The study aimed to identify the effect of Pilates training on some physical and skill variables in breaststroke swimming, the researchers used the experimental method, designing one group for its suitability to the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of (14) students from the swimming training course at the faculty of physical education at yarmouk university, who were decided by the intentional method.
