This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in detection rates between response model and response time model to detect aberrant behavior. Also, to determine examinee’s ability estimation accuracy of each model along with checking the strengths and weakness when there is an aberrant behavior in testing data especially CBT. This research is a simulation study where concentrate on test-length, sample-size, and aberrant level with 50 replications. Analyzing parameter recovery from replicated data to check the strengths and weaknesses of each model. Individuals with disabilities tend to face poverty at a higher rate compared to those without disabilities (Kelley, 2016). Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) benefit from a variety of supports to work in their communities. Not providing services to address these needs can cause increased unemployment rates and dependence on others. Currently, there is a lack of attention by OTP on supporting individuals with IDD (14-26 years) when acquiring meaningful employment. At first glance, a college campus might look like a place of equal opportunity– communal dorms, shared dining halls, and similar course loads. However, arriving on campus is not where the college access conversation ends if students’ basic needs are not met. Food insecure students are at elevated risk of poor academic performance and delayed degree completion, with first-generation students being particularly vulnerable. Swipe Out Hunger is an organization that partners with colleges to reduce food insecurity among students by allowing those with extra dining hall meal swipes to donate them to food insecure peers.
