Clarification Of Photographic Training Needed By The Instructional Media Specialist, William Carl Holland

The purpose of this study was to determine what photographic training is needed by the instructional media specialist in high schools of the State of Washington. In order to make such determination, both the need and the photographic training had to be clarified.
