Frank Victor Sullivan was born in Wichita, Kansas in 1931. He became fascinated with airplanes and flying growing up in Wichita, and was a member of the Boy Scouts. He would go on to earn a private pilot’s license. He received his bachelor’s degree from Friends University (Wichita). John Ruskin Howe
John Ruskin Howe (1895-1980) was born to David and Laura Howe in North Manchester, Indiana. In the 1910s, he enlisted for World War I in Nov 1918 and was honorably discharged in July 1919 at the rank of Sergeant. He was a graduate of Otterbein University in 1925, and then from Yale in both 1924 and 1927. He married Mary Elizabeth Brewbaker, and in 1939 became the fourteenth President of Otterbein University until 1945. After Otterbein, he spent several years travelling and ministering in various locations. He had two sons, Charles and John.
