1st Lecture: Dr. McNair is a co-author of Becoming a student-ready college: A new culture of leadership for student success, which stars with the question, "We talk a lot about students not being college-ready, but why don't we ask what it means to be a student-ready college?

2nd Lecture: Otterbein is partnering with Columbus City Schools and Westerville City Schools on a Truth,Racial Healing and Transformation Initiative with the goal of breaking down racial hierarchies that lead to inequities in education.
