The purpose of my study is to determine the effect that extracurricular involvement has on those who identify as mentally unhealthy at the University of San Diego. Extracurricular activities consist of those pursued in addition to the normal course of study (music, intramural sports, drama, etc.). Several studies have shown a rise in mental health issues on college campuses today.
