The study aimed to examine the extent of Al-Quds University student’s knowledge in google applications, in the academic year 2018/2019. The researchers used the descriptive approach in this study. The study community consisted of all the students of Al-Quds University; a simple random sample of (207) students studying at Al-Quds University was selected. The researchers used a single measurement tool for the study, a descriptive test to measure students' knowledge of Google applications, and used a single-variance analysis and a T-test of independent samples at (0.05 ≤ α). This study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in achieving organizational excellence in Al-Quds University, where the researchers addressed to the dimensions of the intellectual capital and the dimensions of the excellence. To achieve the objectives of the study the researchers developed an instrument consisted of (109) items which applied on a stratified random sample included (213) academic members, used descriptive analytical. The results showed that the reality of intellectual capital in Al-Quds University came moderately, whereas human capital contributes to a greater degree in the intellectual capital followed by structural capital, and venture capital relationships.
