The Degree Of Effectiveness Of In-Service Teacher Training Programs From The Teachers ’Point Of View In Ajloun Governorate, Laila Ennabeh, Nawaf Shatnawi, Mohammad Al-Momani

This study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of in-service teacher training programs from the teachers’ point of view in Ajloun Governorate. The descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (242) male and female teachers in Ajloun Governorate schools. The results of the study found that the degree of effectiveness of in-service teacher training programs in Ajloun Governorate from the teachers' point of view in general was medium, with an average of (3.10).
