This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of maternal leadership in Jordanian private education schools in the light of some variables from the viewpoint of private education teachers working in them. The study population consisted of (410) teachers who were selected randomly. The descriptive survey method was used in the current study. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
