This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of a culture of administrative creativity among Arab school principals within the green line and its relationship to the job performance of teachers from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (484) teachers and principals, including (364) male and female teachers, and (120) male and female principals who were chosen by the available random method.
