The purpose of this study was to identify the practice degree of school principals in the district of Qasabat Irbid for administration by values from the perspectives of teachers, and to know the effect of gender, scientific qualification, educational stage and school type in teachers' estimates to that degree. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The sample of study consisted of (424) teachers who were chosen in simple random way of the members of study population their number is (6057) teachers, and also it was used questionnaire to collect the needed data for achieving the aims of the study. …
