This study identified the obstacles that encounter the educational leaders of Jordanian Ministry of Education when implementing the findings of educational studies. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire consisted of 26 items. The sample of the study consisted of 50 educational leaders of the Ministry of Education in Jordan. The study showed that the obstacles encountering the educational leaders of the Jordanian Ministry of Education were rated as high as well as for all the variables of the study. The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for experience and job title. In order …
