This project is about increasing creative confidence. Creative confidence is the natural human ability to come up with breakthrough ideas and the courage to act on them. In this project the focus is on using your body as an instrument in order to develop a larger confidence. The foundation of this idea comes from improv theater. Improv theater is the process and product of creativity occurring simultaneously. I order to do so you have to have a large creative confidence.
